Fine Art Print - Front Door to What

An A4 size high quality print of original art.

This composition uses a photograph taken by the artist of a front door to a rather foreboding building.  The base picture has been used as a canvass to digitally sketch and reinterpret forms, partly whimsically and partly provocatively challenging our visual norms and presumptions whilst still acknowledging the underlying snapshot of reality.  

Lying somewhere between abstract expressionism and surrealism this print looks to reframe the structure by using meandering lines to acknowledge our mind’s part in interpreting the visual world.  

Limited strictly to thirty copies with each individually signed and numbered by the artist.  These prints are produced by the artist on his own little printer using only quality cotton rag paper and quality pigment inks in the same direct manner that has been used for centuries by printmakers.
